Non-adjustable mini regulator designed for use with water bottle systems and pre-set to 40 PSI.

Product Details:

  • Does NOT adjust to another PSI.
  • Use with 1/8" or 1/4" tubing.
  • Includes: non-adjustable mini regulator, barbs, clamps, and gaskets.

Installation Instructions (PDF):

  1. Cut attached tubings and remove existing regulator, but make sure to note inlet and outlet.
  2. Install the appropriate sized barbs with washers and tighten with 1/4" open-ended wrench.
  3. Apply liquid soap to tubings and slip sleeve clamps over the tubings (approximately 3/8" from the end) insuring the interior bevel faces the barb.
  4. Slip tubings over the barbs and lock by sliding sleeve clamps over tubing portion on the barb with a pliers or sleeve tool.
  5. Attach the main air or water tubing to the "source in" barb.
  6. Then, attach the air or water tubing to be regulated (going to the unit) to the "source out" barb.
  7. Adjust the pressure with the control knob by turning the knob clockwise to increase the pressure. Turn the knob counter-clockwise to decrease the pressure. Lock the control knob with a lock nut, by tightening the nut while holding the knob.
  8. Mount the non-adjustable mini regulator to the delivery unit and test for proper function.
