Two-way routing valve for air or water. Has a couple of configurations: (1) configured to have two ports coming in and one going out and (2) one port coming in and two ports going out.

Product Details:

  • For use with water bottle systems to switch bottles on dual systems or to switch from bottled water to city water, and handpiece delivery systems to switch handpieces.
  • Use with 1/8" or 1/4" tubing, large and small barbs, large and small tubing clamps, and gaskets included.

Installation Instructions (PDF):

  1. Shut off your delivery unit and depressurize by depressing the buttons on the air/water syringe.
  2. Cut the tubing close to the old toggle, using a wire cutter, and remove existing toggle. Make sure to not where each tube connects to the inlet and outlet.
  3. Next, install the appropriately sized barbs with washers and tighten securely with a 1/4" open-ended wrench.
  4. Apply liquid soap or hot water to tubing in order to slip the sleeve clamps easily over the tubing (approximately 3/8" from the end). Ensure the interior bevel of the sleeve clamp faces the barb.
  5. Then slip the tubing over the barbs and lock the tubing using a pliers or sleeve tool to slide the clamps over tubing and barb.
  6. Lastly, mount the toggle valve to the unit using the provided nut.
  7. Turn on your unit in order to test proper function and leaks.

Back to working order

This part went on all my chairs simultaneously. It was easy to figure out how to change it out and everything has been working great since it was fixed last year.
