I’ve been looking for autoclavable anti-back flow couplers for a while, these work great
Master Regulator Combo Valve
Couldn't load pickup availability
Master on/off regulator combo valve activates by a relieving toggle valve (#05-02). This allows the air to be turned on/off at the unit instead of at the manual shut-off valve.
For use in the junction box area for on/off (and regulated) control of the main supply of water or air. Installs on the manual shut-off valve (#49-90). Adjustable to 80 PSI. Use with 1/8" or 1/4" tubing.
Includes: barbs, tubing clamps, and gaskets.
Instructions for Master Regulator Combo Valve (PDF):
- Configure the main supply tubing with a manual shut-off with a 3/8” dia. female brass compression fitting.
- The valve includes an assortment of barbs and plugs, so you can configure appropriately for your delivery unit. Color-coded for reference: blue valve caps for water and yellow for air. Use valves freely with either air or water, as long as you configure the barbs appropriately.
- First attach the 3/8” dia. nipple on the master valve to the manual shut-off, then tighten sufficiently to eliminate any leaks. The use of Teflon plumbers tape or replacing the compression fitting on the manual shut-off may be necessary, if the connection further leaks.
- Lastly, attach combo valve to the appropriate tubing using sleeve clamps to secure.
NOTE: Replacement filter element (#50-57).
