Replacement tip holding nut assembly for the #01-79 air water syringe only. Also for A-dec syringes. Tapered syringe nut replaces a worn tip barrel and includes o-rings.

- To Remove Assembly: Insert 5/32" allen wrench into the hexagonal hole (where the tip inserts) and turn counter-clockwise.
