The PDT Jack B. Nimble contra-angle scaler for pediatric and orthodontic procedures. Its blade has an increased surface of the cutting edge comes in direct contact with the tooth surface when scaling. Blade fits crowded, rotated, or lingual-version teeth. It allows practitioners to apply positive lateral pressure when working in anterior/premolar areas.
