Electrode Styles and Uses:

• For access to subgingival caries use: scalpel point, vertical loop, or horizontal loop.
• For cementing restorations use: large loop, vertical loop, or horizontal loop.
• For bleeding control and coagulation use: hemostasis ball or proximal hemostasis.
• For widening gingival sulcus use: troughing point or proximal hemostasis.
• For lengthen clinical crowns use: scalpel point, vertical loop, or horizontal loop.
• For esthetic tissue contouring use: scalpel point, vertical loop, or horizontal loop.
