Use the Molar Media Mount to entertain or educate dental patients during a cleaning or dental procedure with the help of a digital tablet, iPad, or other up to 9" media devices.

Product Details:

  • Easily mounts to an existing operating light.
  • The mount reaches an overall length of 20".
  • Includes: mounting plate with a 3M VHB adhesive pad, mounting hardware, and a 5.5" arm section.
  • Has a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects.

Can you easily remove a device from the arm? Yes. There is a ball and socket with a locking screw. A few turns of the locking screw and the iPad still swivels, but the joint cannot be separated. A few turns in the other direction and you can pop apart the ball and socket joint. Remove the device for use for patient education, if they want to change what they are watching, or if it needs to be charged. The mounting plate either attaches directly to the device or a protective case. The case has to be hard plastic, not the silicone/rubbery types.
