Universal chip blower/scaler foot control with 3 hole tubing for use with non A-dec equipment.
Product Details:
- Provides consistent variable speed operation.
- Features an air on/off button for chip blower or scaler option. Accessories must be pre-configured on the delivery unit with an existing line for each accessory.
- Foot control has a 5-1/4" diameter activation disk with a non-skid metal base.
- Includes: 7' of 3 hole tubing.
Installation Instructions (PDF):
- Turn the delivery unit off.
- Note where each line of your existing foot control connects and disconnect them. The large "ribbed" tubing connects to the source of air in the junction box. The large "non-ribbed" tubing connects to the unit for drive and coolant air. The small tubing connects to the unit for an air signal to activate accessories.
- Then, apply liquid soap to the tubings and slip sleeve clamps over tubings (approximately 3/8" from the end) with the internal bevel facing the barb.
- Next, slip the tubing over the barb and lock tubing by sliding sleeve clamp over the tubing portion on the barb with a pliers or sleeve tool.
- Lastly, turn your unit on and test for leaks and proper function.
