American Eagle McCall 17-18S XP curette instrument has a thinner, gently curved, broad blade with a rounded toe. For less tenaciouos deposits on distals of the second or third molars with hard deposits (see #AE-117 for the regular 17-18). Also used for line angles of molars, buccal, and lingual teeth.
XP Technology (XP) saves time and money with no sharpening required for the life of the instrument. Lasts as long as conventional instruments that require sharpening. Sharpest factory edge, thin blade design provides over 100x greater wear resistance over traditional stainless steel or carbon instruments.
