This mini on/off water warmer activates remotely with an air switch. It provides warm water for the complete delivery system or for the air/water syringes only.
Product Details:
- Its compact size fits in the junction box.
- Has a power "on" indidicator light and a hospital grade plug.
- Features a safety overheat shut-off
- Dimensions: 4-1/3" H X 2" W.
Installation Instructions (PDF):
- Do not turn on water heater until step 7 is completed.
- Locate which water tubing to heat. Heating the main water tubing to a delivery unit will heat all the water tubings in the unit.
- Then note tubing hookup sizes and install the appropriate sized barbs with the sealing washers.
- Apply liquid soap to tubings and slip sleeve clamps over tubings (approx. 3/8” from end) to insure the interior bevel faces the barb.
- Then note the water in and out ports as shown. Slip the tubings over the appropriate barbs and lock tubings by sliding sleeve clamps over tubing portion on the barb with a pliers or sleeve tool.
- Completely fill the heater with water purging all air from heater. Run the “water line out” until there is a steady flow of water and no air.
- The water heater can be turned on only when heater is full of water and void of all air. Test for leaks and adjust temperature as desired. Ensure water heater turns off when switched.
