Make changing water bottles easy and fast with the plastic quick switch bottle kit! Bottle fitted with adapter attaches to the converter placed on the water system and is removed by one simple twist of the bottle. Self-locking feature ensures proper positioning when pressurized.
The kit contains tubes for the 1 liter and 2 liter bottles.
Installation Instructions for Quick Switch Bottle Kit (PDF):
- Cut air pressure inlet line and install the restrictor assembly.
- Remove the blue pick-up tube and then replace it with the furnished longer tube.
- Replace the gasket in the manifold with the new gasket to insure a leak free system. Thread converter into manifold and then tighten converter into manifold using the bottle adapter.
- Install bottle with adapter to converter element.
- Turn on air pressure. Check for air leaks.
- Turn off air pressure and remove bottle.
- Fill bottle with water and re-install.
- Lastly turn on air pressure and verify water flow is normal.
TECH TIP: Order additional adapters to save you time. You will not need to remove the bottle adapter when changing water bottles.
Instructions for Switching Water Bottles:
- Turn off air supply to bottle. NOTE: If the system has a restrictor inlet barb, this is not required.
- Grip bottle securely and twist slowly. You will hear the air pressure automatically releasing. Pause to allow the pressure to bleed off. Continue to twist in a continuous motion to remove bottle.
- Install a filled bottle onto locking pins and twist to the locked position.
- Finally turn on the air supply to the bottle. The air pressure will move the bottle into the locked position automatically
