I’ve been looking for autoclavable anti-back flow couplers for a while, these work great
Standard Air/Water Syringe
Couldn't load pickup availability
Standard air/water syringe will attach to all delivery units and uses any universal tip (disposable and autoclavable). Push in pull out tip changing - no tightening required. High quality plated brass construction.
One year warranty.
Instructions (PDF):
- Shut delivery unit off, then relieve pressure in the existing standard air/water syringe by depressing both buttons until flow stops.
- Disconnect existing syringe by unscrewing handle and cutting the tubing directly below the syringe head. Take care to note which tubing is water and which is air.
- Insert syringe tubing through handle, then slip sleeve clamps over each line approximately 3/8” from end.
- Lastly, slip tubing over barbs and lock tubing by sliding sleeve clamps over tubing portion on the barb using a pliers or sleeve tool. Turn delivery unit on and test for leaks and proper function.
NOTE: When repairing your standard air/water syringe, take care not to break the barbs when installing tubing and clamps. Insert tubing ends in hot water, in order to soften the tubing. This will make it easier to slide it over the barbs.
