VacuCord Retraction Cord

VacuCord knitted retraction cord for rapid tissue displacement and absorption of fluid of the sulcus, for preppring dental impressions. Cord is highly absorbant of astringent solutions. Color-coded cord for easy identification: size 00 (yellow), 0 (purple), 1 (blue), and 2 (green).

Product Style Options:

• #00 Uses: prepping and cementing veneers; resotrative procedures dealing with thin, friable tissues.
• #0 Uses: lower anterior teeth; when luting near gingival and subgingival veeners; class III, IV, and V restorations; second cord for double-cord technique.
• #1 Uses: non-impregnated #1 and #2 sizes are particularly effective for tissue control and/or displacement when soaked in coagulative hemostatic solution prior to and/or after crown preparations; use as a protective pre-prep cord on anterior teeth.
• #2 Uses: upper cord for double-cord technique; use as a protective pre-prep cord.

NOTE: Each canister contains 100 inches of VacuCord retraction cord.
