These SS White® standard operatory bur has premium quality tungsten carbide blades and a stainless steel, friction grip (FG) or right angle (RA) shank for faster and smoother cutting. Due to the fine grain, tungsten carbide, they retain their shape even as they wear.
The smaller round burs are popular for the preparation of conservative single surface cavities. Medium sizes may be used for interproximal cavities in anterior teeth (Class III). Additional applications include gaining root canal access both anteriorly and posteriorly.
