PDT FlipTop 9 Instrument Cassette (D-Series)

PDT D-Series FlipTop ™ sterilization cassette organizes up to 9 instruments in a durable, single-piece design built for high-volume clinical workflows. The hinged lid stays permanently connected, eliminating lost caps and streamlining instrument setup between patients.

Purpose-built clips secure air/water syringe tips, cotton pliers, and stones, while the integrated needle capper adds safety. A dedicated slot accommodates 8" ultrasonic inserts or amalgam carriers, and a 2-3/16" × 8" utility zone provides flexible storage for small accessories or additional instruments.

Surgical-grade stainless steel construction withstands repeated autoclave cycles without corrosion or wear. The push-button latch opens smoothly under gloved hands, and the fixed rack prevents instrument shifting during transport and sterilization.
