PureClarity ™ waterline purification system by Parkell helps to keep an ultrasonic scaler safe at all times. Transform any water source into EPA-compliant water (<500 CFU/ml) for up to 6 months. Utilizing an innovative biopharmaceutical-grade microporous membrane, PureClarity filters remove harmful bacteria, pathogens, and contaminants through a chemical-free process. Get infectious pathogens out, then KEEP them out.
This system includes the filter and the shock syringe for simple loading of shock solutions into any dental unit or waterline (via Luer-lock connection). This allows a simplified removal of bacterial colonies and biofilm prior to filter installation. Alleviate any concerns around potential damage to costly dental equipment from the chemical oxidizing agents (like iodine) used by other manufacturers.
Product Features:
- Effortless Installation. The filter and shock syringe connect via Luer-lock quick-connect fittings, which come preinstalled on most ultrasonic scaler waterlines. Does NOT require access to junction boxes or internal bottle system components.
- Elimates Compliance Blind Spots. PureClarity provides an easy one-two solution for delivery units still directly connected to municipal water. Shock by loading the included syringe with a shock solution. Then protect by affixing the PureClarity filter.
- Long-Lasting Purification. The filter provides clean, safe water for up to 6 months, depending on usage. For maximum use, install the filter downstream from a sedimentary filter (#49-59 or #49-57) that removes larger debris.
- Simplified Shock Protocols. Targets biofilm formation closer to the waterline's endpoint or point of use. This minimizes the downstream length of waterline beyond the filter, which significantly reduces the section that requires testing and shocking treatments.
Purification System Includes: 20 mL shock syringe and PureClarity filter. Shocking solution NOT included. Any shock solution can be used in accordance with your ultrasonic scaler's manufacturer instructions.
