MicroCab+ Window Shields (Pkg. 10)

Window shields are essential replacement protective barriers for your MicroCab+ Dust Collector (#60-66). They help maintain clear visibility during lab work while protecting you from flying debris and dust. These durable clear shields ensure safe, efficient operation of your dust collection system and should be replaced regularly to maintain optimal visibility and protection.

Product Details:

• Compatibility: MicroCab+ Dust Collector ONLY (#60-66)
• Package Quantity: 10 protective window shields.
• NOTE: Shields are not blue. Shield has a blue film on each side of the clear shields.

Installation Instructions:

1. Turn Off Dust Collector: Power down and unplug your MicroCab+ unit.
2. Remove Old Shield: Carefully detach the worn or damaged shield from the window frame.
3. Clean the Frame: Wipe down the window frame area to remove dust and debris.
4. Remove Protective Film: IMPORTANT - Peel off the blue protective film from BOTH sides of the new shield.
5. Install New Shield: Align the shield with the window frame and secure according to your MicroCab+ model's mounting system.
6. Verify Secure Fit: Ensure shield is properly seated and won't come loose during operation.
7. Test Operation: Power on the dust collector and verify proper fit and visibility.
