Each cushion has a medical-grade urethane cover that allows you to safely clean them effectively, but we do suggest using a barrier sleeve to make your cushions last longer over time.

TIP: When you use this cushion with the backrest (#63-632), the knee lift will act like a fulcrum and will lift more weight off the lumbar region. This will provide more comfort to the patient.
