Soft Vacuum Material Details:
- Material Type: laminate 0.120 (3 mm)
- Uses: soft bruxing appliances.
- Characteristics: 2 layers of EVA material
- Technique: Heat until a 1" droop. Then vacuum form and trim with scissors.
- Pkg. of 10 sheets.
Soft/Hard Vacuum Material Details:
- Material Type: hard/soft 0.120 (3 mm)
- Uses: hard bruxing appliances, as well as TMJ splints.
- Characteristics: hard upper layer, soft lower layer. Acrylic bonds to both layers.
- Technique: Heat soft side first, until rubbery. Then flip and heat the hard side.
- Pkg. of 10 sheets.
