Extended Universal HVE Valve (Plastic Lever)

Extended plastic lever style high volume evacuator with variable on/off vacuum control and 360° swivel base connector.

Autoclavable aluminum valve is easily disassembled for cleaning, but should NOT be cleaned by sonic methods.

Replacement Parts:

• On/off lever (#03-90)
• Aluminum base connector (#03-29A)
• White delrin base connector (#03-29)
• HVE valve cylinder o-ring (#03-19-HVE)
• HVE valve cylinder (#03-920)

Instructions for Lever Style HVE Valves (PDF):

1. Turn off vacuum unit.
2. Cut existing HVE valve from tubing.
3. Attach the extended HVE valve to the tubing, by inserting the barbed base into your tubing. Dip the end of your tubing in hot water, because this will make it easier to slide over the barb.

NOTE: Prior to sterilization, completely disassemble HVE valve by prying the lever off and pushing the valve cylinder out. Clean & rinse throughly with water. Then lubricate all moving parts with a silicone based lubricant weekly.
