Econo II Clean Water System (Public Water)

Econo II clean water system attaches to your delivery system and is for use with air/water syringes, handpieces, scalers, and other dental equipment. Has a toggle to select from bottled water or public water.

Product Details:

• Includes: air pressure gauge, 1 liter water bottle, all of the necessary tubing and connectors to install the unit, and a 2" pole mounting bracket (#49-18-B).
• This water unit may also be wall mounted.
• Dimensions (including bottle): 11" H X 3-1/2" W.

NOTE:

• Ensure this system does not exceed 35 psi (see gauge on water system). You can also verify correct pressure by hitting the water button on your air water syringe. With the bottle set to 35psi, the water stream should be approximately 3 1/2’ long.
• When filling water bottle, set selector switch to “bottled water”, turn off switch on the water system, and slowly unscrew bottle to relieve pressure before removing.
• Never over fill bottle. Only fill to approximattely 2” from the bottle’s top.

1. Ensure the main supply of air and water to delivery unit is off.
2. Locate the main supply of air going to the delivery unit. This will be a line that will have air in it only when the unit is on.
3. Splice into tubing using the 3-port “T” connector provided and connect the tubing marked “air inlet” to this “T.”
4. Locate the water supply tubing to the delivery unit. At the junction box, disconnect this tubing from the barbed fitting and attach the tubing marked “fluid outlet” onto this barb.
5. At the delivery system, disconnect the main water supply line and attach the tubing marked “fluid inlet” in its place.
6. Lastly, turn main supply of air and water back on. Test for leaks and proper function consistent with the notes below.
