Econo II clean water system attaches to your delivery unit. For use with air/water syringes, handpieces, scalers, and other dental equipment. System uses only the bottled water.
Product Details:
- Includes: air pressure gauge, (1) 1 liter bottle, all necessary tubing and connectors to install the unit, and a 2" pole mounting bracket (#49-18-B).
- Wall mountable.

Installation Instructions for the Clean Water System (PDF):
- Ensure main supply of air and water to delivery unit is off.
- Locate the main supply of air going to the delivery unit. This will be a line that will have air in it only when the unit is on.
- Splice into this tubing using the 3-port “T” connector provided. Then connect the tubing marked “air inlet” to this “T.”
- Then locate where the water supply connects to the delivery unit (barb). This barb connects to the tubing marked “fluid inlet.” You may optionally connect the main water line to the unit to the bottle directly.
- Disconnect the line marked “fluid inlet” from the bottle system. Then connect the main water line from the unit to this location. The location you have chosen for the bottle will determine which connection method is more practical.
- At the water source (junction box), turn water off and plug the barb port with a threaded port plug.
- Turn the main air and water supply back on.
- Finally test for leaks and proper function.
Important Things to Note:
- Ensure system does NOT exceed 35 psi (see gauge on water system). You can also verify correct pressure by hitting the water button on your air water syringe. With the bottle set to 35 psi, the water stream should be approximately 3 1/2’ long.
- When filling bottle, turn off switch on the water system and slowly unscrew bottle to relieve pressure before removing.
- Never over fill bottle. Fill to approximately 2” from the bottle’s top.
