The Confirm 10-Hour in-office spore test kit has an incubator that allows individual doctors and hygienists to test right away. Just put the spore test vials in a normal sterilization cycle and place them in the incubator. The indicator will turn yellow if the dental sterilizer is ineffective. If second test fails, remove sterilizer from service.
