Bulk EZ ™ composite material kit utilizes IntelliTek technology for unlimited depth of cure and microleakage prevention. Restorative material enhances the esthetics with better shade-matching and polishibility.

Composite Kit Includes: (3) 6g Bulk EZ syringes (shades A1, A2, and A3) and (20) automix tips (10 of the 17-gauge tips and 10 of the 19-gauge tips).

Instructions of Use (link):

1. Remove the twist-off cap.
2. Before each use, bleed material until both base and catalyst are extruded out.
3. Manually bend the metal cannula on the mixing tip to the desired angle, so it can be applied directly.
4. Securely attach a mixing tip by twisting it onto the head of the syringe, then bleed a small amount of material to ensure even mixing. Use a new mixing tip for every patient and a barrier sleeve to cover the syringe, so cross-contamination does NOT happen.
5. Immediately place the mixing tip at the deepest part of the preparation and fill while keeping tip within the material to avoid introducing air. Sculpt to the desired contour as the material self-cures using the syringe tip or composite instrument.
6. Allow the material to self-cure for at least 90 seconds. Subsequent light-curing of the top surface for 10 seconds is optional.
7. Proceed to finishing and polishing steps.
8. Finally polish to a high gloss with discs or composite polishing points. Interproximal finishing/polishing accomplished with fine grit finishing/polishing strips according to manufacturer’s instructions.
