- To Use: Brush and floss teeth as usual. Have the patient chew 1 plaque tablet and wipe tongue across teeth to distribute saliva on all tooth surfaces. Then rinse the mouth and expectorate. Plaque stains red. Lastly have patients brush and floss teeth until all the stain is removed.
