I’ve been looking for autoclavable anti-back flow couplers for a while, these work great
Economy Collar Air/Water Syringe
Couldn't load pickup availability
Universal air and water syringe will attach to all delivery units and uses any universal tip (disposable and autoclavable). Economy collar syringe has a push collar tip release.
Made of high quality plated brass construction. Autoclavable.
One year warranty.
Repair Parts: repair kit (#01-56), button (#01-52), button spring (#01-52-w), & collar spring (#01-402).
Installation Instructions (PDF):
- Shut delivery unit off and relieve pressure in existing air/water syringe. Depress both buttons until flow stops.
- Disconnect existing syringe by unscrewing handle and cut the tubing, directly below the syringe head. Note which tubing is for water and which is for air.
- Insert tubing through handle and slip sleeve clamps over each line (approxi ately 3/8” from end).
- Slip tubing over barbs and lock syringe tubing. Lock it in by sliding sleeve clamps over the tubing portion on the barb with a pliers or sleeve tool. Turn delivery unit on and test for leaks and proper function.
NOTE: When repairing your air/water syringe, take care not to break the barbs when installing tubing and clamps. Inserting tubing ends in hot water will soften the tubing, making it easier to slide it over the barbs.
