Standard on/off non-relieving toggle stays in the on position when released. For use with air or water to activate cuspidor bowl rinse, cup fillers, etc.

Product Details:

  • Use with 1/8" or 1/4" tubing.
  • Large and small barbs, large and small tubing clamps, and gaskets included.

Installation Instructions (PDF):

  1. Shut off your delivery unit and depressurize by depressing the buttons on the air/water syringe.
  2. Cut the tubing close to the old toggle, using a wire cutter, and remove existing toggle. Make sure to not where each tube connects to the inlet and outlet.
  3. Next, install the appropriately sized barbs with washers and tighten securely with a 1/4" open-ended wrench.
  4. Apply liquid soap or hot water to tubing in order to slip the sleeve clamps easily over the tubing (approximately 3/8" from the end). Ensure the interior bevel of the sleeve clamp faces the barb.
  5. Then slip the tubing over the barbs and lock the tubing using a pliers or sleeve tool to slide the clamps over tubing and barb.
  6. Lastly, mount the toggle valve to the unit using the provided nut.
  7. Turn on your unit in order to test proper function and leaks.
