Save on plumbing costs! Cuspidor drain kit connects cuspidor gravity drain to central vacuum. Feeds cuspidor drain into amalgam separator installed on your central vacuum to maintain full compliance with local regulations.

Product Details:

  • Connects to 5/8" or 1/2" tubing.
  • Requires an area of 6" H X 4-1/2" W X 4" D

Installation Instructions (PDF):

  1. Mount the valve a minimum of 12" below the cuspidor bowl base. We suggest mounting inside of the vacuum/cuspidor box, below the chair adaptor, or in the floor mounted junction center.
  2. Install the enclosed 1/2" plastic tee into the suction line. Connect it to the valve with a short piece of 1/2" flex tubing.
  3. Connect either a 5/8" or 3/4" cuspidor drain line to the valve inlet. For 3/4" tubing, use the sleeve provided.
  4. You may choose to install the trap/screen provided in the drain line from the cuspidor bowl to avoid damage from large debris being sucked down the drain into the valve.
  5. Finally, attach the flush nipple to the valve using a piece of SE tubing or 1/4" tubing.

Replacement Parts: filter screen (#30-722), inspection bowl (#30-724), inspection bowl gasket (#30-726), and diaphragm (#30-710).

NOTE: For sink draink kit, see #49-071.
