- For treating abscesses, cysts, periapical lesions, root resorption, root fractures, perforations, apexification, pus, hemorrhage, exudation, or weeping canals.
- Non-setting material easily removable with a file and irrigation.
- Also for direct pulp capping, pulpal curettage, pulpotomy, dentin bridge formation, cavity lining, and indirect pulp capping.
