Duraflor Ultra ® 5% sodium fluoride varnish provides a fast acting fluoride release over 2, 4, and 24 hours.

Directions for Use
- Clean teeth and remove obvious plaque and calculus from area for treatment. For best results, remove any excess moisture from the tooth surface.
- Open the unit dose of Duraflor Ultra varnish by gripping the tray and slowly peeling back the foil cover, exposing the brush applicator and varnish well.
- Remove applicator brush and thoroughly stir the varnish in the well until it appears to be uniformly mixed.
- Paint a thin layer of varnish onto treatment area using broad, even strokes.
- Let the varnish dry for approximately 10 seconds and then instruct patient to close their mouth.
- When dry, any excess varnish may appear “spotty” and may slide off the tooth surface. This will not affect the efficacy of the product as there is still a full layer of varnish on the tooth.
- Dispose of package and applicator after use.
- Patient may leave immediately after treatment. Patient should be advised not to brush teeth for a minimum of 2 to 4 hours after treatment.
