Same Day Shipping
Most orders ship the same day if ordered before 4:30 PM EST Monday through Friday (holidays excluded) and are delivered to your door in 4 business days or less (lower 48 continental US customers only). We ship most orders via UPS ground. Items not currently in stock will ship when available with no additional shipping charges, and will also be shipped via 4-Day Delivery (or faster). Does not apply to drop-shipped and restricted items.
Certain items may be drop shipped from another location, so your order might arrive in separate shipments. Please note, expedited delivery is not available for items that are drop shipped. You will be notified if your order contains any of these items.
Expedited Shipping
Need it sooner? We can expedite! Please email us or call us at 1.800.331.7993 to get a quote on 3-Day, 2-Day, or UPS Next Day air (additional charges will apply). In-stock rush orders placed before 3:30 p.m. CST will ship the same day.
For delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and US Virgin Islands (outside of the lower 48 continental U.S.), there is a charge of $25.00 in addition to the regular US ground shipping rates.

Canada & International
We ship via an expedited service through UPS. Customers will be responsible for any taxes or duties fees upon receipt. Taxes and duty are not included in the product or shipping cost. You can be assured of delivery in just a few business days. Prices and invoice totals are quoted in US Dollars.
If paying by credit card, funds are converted into US currency. Exchange rate is determined by the credit card issuer at the time of the charge, or credit in the case of returned goods.
