This device is the best investment I have made for my practice. I am totally relaxed when prepping a tooth or seating a crown . The last implant I had to deliver was #15 angled disto-bucally and with out that device the risk of an aspiration was eliminated totally. It really makes preps enjoyable again. Seriously try it and see how you feel.
