What happens when you try to put a short HVE valve into a 5/8" holder?
A doctor emailed us the above photo. With our help, we helped the doc switch out his 5/8" holder with a bigger size (7/8"). It was an easy fix. He didn't have to call for a service call to correct his set-up, there was minimal downtime, and now he has an operatory that is neat and efficient.

Overall cart is very nice, would purchase again, only complaint was that 2 of the metal cam lock nuts were broken and 2 of the screws for the caster wheels were missing. I had these extra pieces from other units.
It fits perfect and works fine. Since it is not an original Statim product I don't know how long it would last, but the steam leak and the error messages are not longer an issue.
