After much frustration with our saliva ejectors disengaging from the traditional rubber tip during patient care and sometimes losing them somehow, this all metal one piece tip design is sooo much better and should be the standard design for all SE valves. It just makes sense! It even swivels 360° for added flexibility. Highly recommend this.
